How Google Advertising Works.

Google Adwords works by selecting a number of keyword phrases that describe the product or service you are selling. Once selected you enter an auction against your competition and bid to get onto the first page results list. You and 10 other adverts compete to be on the page. Only when your advert is clicked on are you charged up to that bid price for that individual arriving to your site. Having chosen a set budget for the day your advert will stop once that is reached until the following day. However, your budget might not be reached if there aren't enough searches on that given day. The larger the daily budget the more potential visitors to the site.
